WHAT IS LEADERSHIP?

After 20 years of working with leaders all over the world, I think that leading is the intelligent management of one’s assets for the betterment of the community; doing the right thing at the right time with the right person in the right way. This becomes even more challenging when working across cultural differences! Leading involves living and working with courage and integrity and coming to realize that ultimately we are part of something more interesting and complex than just our own life.
