PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Senior Consultant for assessment, program design, delivery, follow-up and data analysis for building leadership systems.
• The mission of the Institute was culture-based leadership development for Kindergarten through CEO-level in both the educational and administrative divisions at Kamehameha Schools, the nation’s largest private educational foundation. It presented an opportunity to apply ancient wisdom and indigenous values to modern leadership practices in an organization undergoing change.

HAWAI‘I LEADERSHIP CENTER, Honolulu, HI, 2000 – 2004

• Adjunct faculty member and coach contributing to program design and delivery of a new program for senior level executives that viewed leadership through three cultural lenses: Asian, Polynesian and Western.
• The HLC Executive Program was designed to inspire and develop the leadership mastery required to meet the challenges of rapid change and multicultural globalization.

CENTER FOR CREATIVE LEADERSHIP, Greensboro, NC, 2000

• Project manager for adapting and developing the International Leadership at the Peak program for senior level leaders to be run outside the United States for the first time.
• This was a year-long project to internationalize the program’s assessment data, design, simulation for executive selection, and staff. It required working collaboratively across training and research functions at the Center and its branches.
• The first European program was rated a 5.0 in value and 4.6 in enjoyment (on a 5-point scale) when it ran in December 2000 in Barcelona. It is currently being run in Davos, Switzerland.
• The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL^®) is ranked among the overall Top 10 providers of executive education worldwide in a survey released May 16, 2005, by the Financial Times.

• Founding principal of a consultancy of multicultural, multilingual organization specialists.
• Focus on organizational and personal assessment for development, executive coaching, leadership training, research, organizational development and facilitation of change.

• Founding partner and co-owner. TEAM is the Network Associate for the Center for Creative Leadership in Latin America.
• Focus on training and consulting in Spanish for Latin American organizations.
